Our Senior Management Team is responsible for the behavioural leadership of Contracting. They will set performance measures, monitor and develop improvement proposals to ensure that we remain the contracting solutions provider of choice.

Thomas Edgcumbe, Managing Director
Tom joined Aggregate Industries in 2022, to bring together our Asphalt and Contracting divisions under one team, with a strong focus on customers, safety and sustainability.
Victoria Smith, Regional Director - Midlands & North
Vicky has been with Aggregate Industries for 17 years. Working across aggregates, asphalt, concrete and contracting, she has a wealth of knowledge across the company.
Kevin Murgatroyd, Regional Director - South
Kevin joined Aggregate Industries in 2022, after 15 years within the infrastructure industry, looking after portfolios of framework contracts.
John Mackenzie, Regional Director - Scotland & North East
John joined Aggregate Industries in 2012 and has been within the construction industry for 37 years, working predominantly in asphalt, aggregates and contracting.
Neil Leake, National Technical Manager
Neil joined Aggregate Industries in 2012 and has 30 years of technical experience. As National Technical Director, Neil is responsible for driving quality, innovation/new products and digital data capture across all our operations.
Mark Mercer, General Manager, Sitebatch Technologies®
Mark was appointed General Manager in 2015. With 25 year’s operational experience, he is responsible for the continuous improvement in Contracting, SiteBatch Technologies®, and operational administration.
