Loop concrete direct

The Loop - Concrete Direct app provides customers with the ability to request, track, and adjust their concrete orders free from phone queues and the restrictions of normal business hours.

TO REQUEST AN ORDER...
1. Tap the “Create new order” button...
2. Fill the order form fields like which jobsite, date, mix, etc.
3. Review and submit your order

Loop - Concrete Direct gives you the ability to view orders and details including, payloads and delivery tickets that make up any order. You also have the ability to share/export tickets and chat with your normal dispatcher about each order. as it is happening.

MESSAGING
The easiest way to start using Loop - Concrete Direct is to use the chat feature with the dispatchers you already talk with on the phone. Just select an order by tapping on it in the “Orders” list, then navigate to the “Messages” screen by tapping the “Messages text in the top right of the screen. There you can send and receive messages instead of waiting in a phone queue.

All your information is at a click of a button. Using the report feature you can send an Excel file with all of your delivery information in one place. Each line of the spreadsheet will represent one ticket with all ticket information including ticket numbers, delivery times, comments and the name of the person signing the ticket. 

You can also see your pour volumes directly from the app.

Concrete Direct makes delivery easier for accountants - you can download all pdf tickets in a couple of clicks into Excel and chat direct live to our dispatchers.
